Think Space is a web application which in essence is a dynamic questionnaire system. Admin users can customise any part of the system. Standard users then use the system and fill in various questions and prompts as set by the admin.

The site features full customisation, ability to categorise questions into topics, multi and single choice questions, free-text questions, mandatory questions, full dynamic help, a dynamic hierarchy library system, user administration and rich reporting capabilities.

It was built completely from the ground up with PHP5 and MySQL.
