Interests and Skills

Though-out University life I participated in numerous extra-curricular activities. For example I was a team leader in a volunteering project that involved teaching college students how to make short three-dimensional computer animations. I have always been inspired by music, and during University I also learnt to play the piano.

In my final year of University I started to learn a second language via a scheme set up by the University; through this scheme I met a range of people from around the world. I helped them to learn English in return for their teaching of Chinese; this is one example of how I have strived to improve my communication skills and cultural understandings. Also, it should be noted that taking part in additional outside activities within my final year of study required excellent forward planning and organisational skills.
